Internationally patented rotor profile results in energy saving and low running cost
Asymmetric rotor profile with 5-lobe male and 6-flute female rotors leads to low backflow due to small differential pressure between flutes. Thus, the adiabatic efficiency increases by 10~12% and energy savings by 25% as compared to the 4 to 6 profile design.
Precisely machining equipment leads to high precision of products
Adopting the most advanced machining facility when processing components of compressors to match the requirement of high precision.
Bearings of long service life and low noise level
A bearing designed life of 50,000 hours is assured thanks to the high precision machining and excellent dynamic balance on specially designed short rotors which minimize vibration and bending stress. Furthermore, the low revolution of rotors reduced noise level.

Hi-Tech Microprocessor

microprocessor.JPG (16373 bytes) Based on CMOS design, high resistance to noise signals and low power consumption can be achieved. The microprocessor integrated modulation valve, maintenance indicators, protection devices and auto stop function into a reliable control system.

Cooler

Low temperature difference design of coolers is suitable to be used in all kinds of circumstances.

Suction valve

Simplified design enables the suction valves to have a long service life (SA-110A II and SA-115A II).

Modulation suction valve

The reliable design can precisely control the delivery of compressed air to reduce horsepower consumption and save energy (SA-220A II ~ SA-350A II)

Oil filter

To remove alien particles in oil, e.g. metal particles. Protect revolution mechanisms from damage.

Oil fine separator

Oil fine separator controls oil content under 3ppm. Excellent separation extends the service life of compressors.

No trouble to change the element of separator results in time savings.
