Oil-free compressed air is vital to the industry, especially in production processes where product quality must not be contaminated by oil. Applications of the oil free air are found in the textile, food and beverages, chemicals, electronics, pharmaceutical and other process industries.

Even when its application is not critical to product quality, oil free air can improve the process and help your company keep required productivity levels. At Fu Sheng, we understand your requirements for compressed air and have what you need.

Features 

 

Cylinder

The inside surface of the cylinder is coated with chromium and machined with numerical control (NC) machining centers, resulting in a long service life.

The heat generated during the compression process is completely removed by the large water cooling ducts, thus increasing the service life of the compressor.

Piston, Piston Rod, Compression Ring, Guide Ring

Pistons are made of aluminum to reduce weight. The piston rod is coated with chromium to increase its service life. Self-lubricating compression rings and guide rings from U.K. are designed to resist wear and high temperature.

Crankshaft, Crankshaft Pin Metal, Bearings

Made of high strength forged alloy steel, the crankshaft can operate under extreme heavy duty. Through hardening process, the crankshaft journal is made with high degree of wear resistance. The precise calculation of crankshaft minimizes the vibration of the compressor. Bearings have been designed for operation under heavy duty conditions. The Babbitt pin metal is good at wear resistance.

Intercooler

Since cooling water goes through the tube side of the cooler, while compressed air goes through the shell side, it is easy to clean up the shell-tube type cooler. Stainless steel made shell and baffles will not rust to damage the compression rings and cylinder. Copper tubes have been proved of high cooling efficiency. Therefore the discharge temperature can be reduced from 170șC to 40șC.

Cylinder Head

Due to the large cooling area of cylinder head, the temperature of inlet and outlet valves can be kept low. Thus the service life increases.

Inlet and Outlet Valves

Receivers and seats of inlet and outlet valves made of stainless alloy steel thru lost wax casting method will not rust. This is important because rust can cause the surface of cylinder, compression rings or guide rings to be damaged. The material of the valve plate comes from ASSAB Sweden which provides the feature of high temperature resistance.

Piston Rod Wiper Assembly, Scrape Ring Assembly

The teflon made self-lubricated wipers from U.K. can resist wear, chemical corrosion, and high temperature. Copper scrape rings can reliably prevent oil from splashing out of the crankcase.

Crosshead Pin, Crosshead, Crosshead Guide

Crosshead pin has been carbonized on the surface to increase its service life. Crosshead and crosshead guide are precisely processed to make sure that piston is perpendicular to crankshaft.

After Cooler

Cooling water run through the tube side of cooler, while compressed air passes through the shell side. Due to this feature, it is easy to clean up the shell-tube type cooler. Carbon steel shell as well as baffles and copper tubes lead to high cooling efficiency, reducing temperature from 180șC to 45șC.
